RETURNS

What is your Return Policy at Beauty Oasis?

At Beauty Oasis, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns:

The item must be in the same condition as you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at admin@beautyoasis24.store to request a return.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package.

Important Note:

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
